We have a robust three-week training program in our Charlotte training facility. We then send a Take 5 trainer to your new location to supervise your grand opening.
A typical new location opening will take between 6-9 months to open once a lease is signed. The key phases are: site selection, LOI & lease negotiation, due diligence and inspections, permitting, and construction. While you are primarily responsible for these activities, our real estate and M&A teams work closely with you to ensure your development schedules are on time. A new opening under our conversion program will be about three months quicker than a ground-up location.
